I was all excited about this after hearing The Path and Mi Amor. Then I got to hear the rest and just didn't really get into much else.

Oh well. Still interested in seeing what they will try next time around.

Buddy said by far the best lyrics he's ever written and will ever write are from The Fire and is the biggest reason why he hates how the sound of the album ended up. Twasn't the finished product he had hoped for.

I don't get why people don't like the way Buddy writes lyrics. The fact he writes in such a raw, seemingly "immature" way is absolutely perfect, because when you're really bearing your soul on significant topics, you're not going to be delivering it neatly packaged poetic verses.

Get the people who don't like this albums lyrics to take shrooms then read aloud Renacer's lyrics to them.

Is this like legitimately their best album? I've never really listened to the band and am generally not a fan of the genre, but a friend has an extra ticket to their show tomorrow and wants me to go. Would this be the essential album to listen to before the show?
