you do realize that you're comparing a brand new Dartkthrone record to one of the definitive albums of our time. i understand that you guys love this, but The Wall is a classic wrapped in gold.

I don't consider an album sacred or anything just because it was released in the 70s, and/or because it was released by one of my favorite bands ever.
I get that the wall has kind of an iconic status in that time for rock music, but I do think it's bloated and overrated. don't get me wrong, I love it (in select parts). but there are probably 6 or 7 floyd albums I like/love more.
I don't foresee this album dropping much from where it's at for me. it's a real 4.5 at this point. I know I can't really "compare" them, but in their respective realms I just think this is better.
