To this day, I think this is 1 of only 2 albums that ever truly blew my mind when I heard it the first time. Like I could not believe how awesome it was. Death's Symbolic being the other. And they still impress the shit out of me when I relisten once in a while.

I love Meshuggah but it annoys me greatly that they are the reason why abominations like Periphery exist.

Cant blame Meshuggah for all the shitty imitations. All the djenty bands cut their own throats anyway because Meshuggah were the instant masters of this from the git go and no one else will ever be able to compete. Especially with a lame ass band name like Periphery.
