speaking of all falls down, ive got this mick boogie mixtape for kanye from 2005 and its got a song called "self conscious" which is an early version of all falls down which uses the original lauryn hill sample and is a different vocal recording from kanye. very interesting!

tbh im glad he couldnt get the rights to lauryn hill's voice because syleena johnson did it way better

i heard that one! i like the lauryn hill sample but i don't care for kanye's as much since he doesn't sound as "into it" as the finished version if you know what i mean
