I honestly don't believe there's anyone who doesn't like this album. if you have this rated lower than a 3.5 you're a fucking liar

I love this album but it came out during a not so great time in my life and it takes my mind back.

Their best, but with the eight songs I've heard so far from their newbie... definitely under threat.

yeah the new ones are so hypnotizing. amazing production and overall feels more lively than 7 despite the relatively subdued vocals from Victoria

New material is dandy, but none of the eight songs release thus far are anywhere on the level of BLOOM or even (most of) TEEN DREAM, except for maaaaaybe "Superstar." I do quite like "New Romance" and "Through Me," and could see throws growing on me as well. The others, as I said, are all pleasant, but still mid-tier Beach House imo. (Let's not forget, however, that mid-tier Beach House is still better than a lot of things.)

it's also a big time grower though. the cohesiveness of the sound and the way it all sounds so thick and dense lends itself to repeat listens

this album is cohesive too but more upfront melodically and simpler instrumentally
