The View isn't the best track. You've just heard it the most and gotten used to it. Once people get over what they've been conditioned to think music is supposed to sound like, they'll start kind of liking every song.

Album is hovering somewhere between a 2 and 2.5 for me. By no means is it the worst thing i've ever heard, and well, if there is one thing you can't accuse Lulu of being that is run-of-the-mill.

I wouldn't say that. The View and it's sludgy riffs are actually kind of awesome if you ask me. Some of the other tracks *kinda* work, but actually suffer for it. I maintain this would have been better if it was a short EP of a few songs that wasn't intended to be a sprawling epic.

If there is one song I would choose as definitive of everything that is wrong with the conception of this album Pumping Blood is the crowning point of all this shitfuckery.
