Antenna is still a disappointment to me. The sound and production is on point, but a lot of the songs just pale in comparisson to the rest of the bands discography. Only PPB is lower on my list of the LPs.

'Pablo Honey is underrated'

It's overrated if anything.

Pablo is laughably bad in comparison to everything else they did. 100% a product of its time, record label certainly took a listen and was like yessssss English Nirvana here we go $$$

Wow I thought I listened to these guys forever ago, didn’t really dig but somehow I got them mixed up with another band or something. Completely had the wrong impression of this band for years, this is really good

Well it’s very possible you heard one of their other albums that sound nothing like this. The band has been through a few phases, although I think they’ve been good no matter what sounds they’re going for

PPB has it's moments, but it just felt like a forced reply to their dive into a "radio rock" attempt

I thoroughly enjoy PPB. Trepanning is one of my fave Cave Ins. Paranormal and Ataraxia are gooduns, too.

I seem to remember not caring much for that album. Need to revisit

it’s a little weird because it’s just a bunch of songs thrown together so there is absolutely no flow or anything but the songs themselves are great. some of my favorites are on there
