The quality and production sound the exact same as what everyone else has heard, even in nice 320kbps.
You need to stuff some pillows in that speaker of yours and throw it in a lake to get the icy effect. I believe you told me to do this once when I asked how to make my bm sound more kvlt.
but the drums just seem out of place considering their relatively benign nature in the past. Probably an attempt to make the album seem heavier.

find a legit rip, the ones on YouTube are all from the 192KB/s leak that was a transcode from a 96KB/s rip (i checked spectrals) and sound terrible.
also stop whining about the production, I think it's great
(the stop whining bit wasn't aimed at you, just a general statement)
also I'm bumping my rating back. not because I like it any less, but it's hard to tell if it's a classic a handful of days after its release.

Album is good but didn't blow me out of the water. I was expecting more. I DID NOT like the production on this album. It seems like they dumbed everything down production wise, which blows, because I liked Agalloch for being a Black Metal band without the shitty production. Still, this album is good. Still listening, so I'll have a rating soon....maybe a review.
