right but what differentiates a 3.8 from a 3.9?
in other words what allows you such specificity? i struggle just choosing one of the sputnik ratings. there are albums i've rated the same thing that i had vastly different experiences with. the number doesnt speak to much at all. so how can you give something a 3.8?
