No, a review is not poetry, but it is a form of writing, one that slowly seems to crave more creativity and better methods of style.
I know it is, and i appreciate creativity but your next statement sums it up.

Most of those people (MOST) are proving themselves to be people whom rated the album highly
Ok maybe u have a point, but this album does have negatives and im not one to complain about negative reviews, i just feel a better job could of been made. This isnt anywhere near BTBAM's best album for me anyway.
The rest is indeed personal perception. I think we have both said enough and know where our opinions of the review stand lol. I understand your points and where you are coming from but i obviously disagree to an extent lol.

Also, isn't the whole purpouse of a review to let other people know the facts about the reviewed object, in this case, an album? Then using "poetry" or metaphores to sound smarter just makes it more difficult for people to fully understand the review? You are just trying to give yourself a pat in the back to feel better about yourself but it turns your review into an essay thus rendering it useless.
