Yeah Mystery of You is my fav. Closer is great as well but again Part That's Holding On is one of the best closers in hard rock I've heard. Just so beautiful and cathartic.

Oh man. Seeing this pop up on the front page was mad nostalgic. Gonna have to go jam Shadows now and then get this into my rotation. Haven’t listened to the whole thing in years.

Holy shit yeah, Fight Inside started up and I was rushed back to early high school. I could probably still belt out most of these lyrics from memory.

Christian rock was my introduction to music in eighth grade. Skillet, Kutless, stuff like that. Fortunately bands like Red and Anberlin were also found slowly and led me down a better path lol

This is also a whole lot less heavy than I remember. Just finished a listen through and I could honestly see myself bumping it up.

these guys were like one of the first 3 rock band I got into alongside Linkin Park and Flyleaf
that said, they are massively overrated on this site and are really only marginally above your average radio rock band a la Breaking Benjamin

I already think of BB in high regard (pre-DBD, at least) so marginally better is still great tbh

The site's averages for this band are where they should be, for the most part.

best way to appreciate christian bands is to pretend they're actually satanic and their songs are aboujt the devil
I'll never be the same
I'm caught inside the memories
the promises are yesterdays and I belong to you
I just can't walk away 'cause after loving you I can never be the same

Pretty much any CCM song can be applied to a girl or anyone you want it to.
