Im trying hard to give it a chance and like it but I just can't
apart from 2+2=5, There, There and a few decent MOMENTS on a couple other songs I just don't see the appeal and I literally love everything else by this band

2+2=5 I never liked that much at the time but it's a top 10 Radiohead song for me now, resonates now time has passed

'I'll stay home forever, where two and two always makes a five
I'll lay down the tracks, sandbag and hide
January has April showers...and two and two always makes a five'
The start of every fresh year since about 2018 sounds more and more like this

All Radiohead is goated except Pablo Honey. This is one of their vibier albums but still v solid.

Weird album. Kinda almost quite good on occasion but distractingly messy / inconsistent
that quote ^ felt more relevant around when this album released than it seems now, even tho I get it (or any point from this up to Rainbows tbh)

Hail to the Thief is my favorite Radiohead by far. Not like I don't like a few other of their albums, but I like Hail to the Thief so much more that it's as if it were from another band.

I think In Rainbows and OK Computer are probably my top tier, followed closely by this, Amnesiac and Kid A, then The Bends, King of Limbs and then Pablo Honey. Still need to listen to their last one.
