i'd say the beats and rapping are about as important as each other. silly to pick one over the other

are you fukt? who said anything about picking one over the other? nobody is ordering an acapella version of this off amazon. this is the quintessential cloudrap album. the rapping style and lyricism are indicative of all that came after it in the genre. of course the rapping is more important. its the trigger to entire new subgenre. the beats are just ambient electronic shit.
