Gentle Giant is crazy talented but I think their music sucks. I wouldn’t force it down your ears until you desire to hear their sound. Tool came in waves for me, and admittedly ganja expedited my deep appreciation for them. Luckily I never became one of “those fans” whom the band actively mocks with their apparel and music.
