the first BN song I ever heard was Sic Transit Gloria, and that was before I knew about how beloved they were, then Archers was the second
(technically that's wrong because I heard At the Bottom in 2011 on my TV radio but I don't count that since I had no conscious thought of remembering that, I think I skipped it)

I got into brand new through having Sic Transit & Jude Law on all the mixtapes I made aged 10. It was through revisiting them i decided to check Deja. Changed my music taste forever tbh

My opinion of the songs on this has shifted quite a bit over time. I think Lit Me Up is my favorite now.

Yeah, In The Water is very close. It started as my #1 and remained that way for a long time. The opening riffs and ending solo are top notch.

ya he almost creepily snuck those messages in. he’s done it for years but we’ve only been able to figure it out now
|

just think ab the fact that the cover of this album is two young girls falling to their doom. now that's unsettling. its been a while since I've come back to this, its amazing but obviously doesn't feel the same, and in the water is a creepy song man
