Like they said, exercise really does help. Start running or lifting, not only do the endorphins help, but the progress you eventually make really makes you feel like you're accomplishing something (which you are), and is great for your mental well-being

Maybe you should try lifting. Whenever I workout I feel better. Also a change of scenery works really well, I've felt quite a bit better since moving to college

I'm starting my first year of college, which is going pretty good. I definitely like being away from home. I'm also double majoring in accounting and music industry so my week days are filled with classes, which kinda sucks but none of the classes are too bad so far.

ive worked out on/off for like a year and only rly tried actually taking it seriously kind of about a month ago. if im to be honest it really hasn't helped with my anxiety or exhaustion or anything at all but the one thing i have noticed is i no longer feel like im going to die every night from the work load i get from school and can generally focus on it better which is nice
and im in 3 FUCKING AP CLASSES so its. a lot of work. a lottttt

I took APES, it was decent. idk. And I almost always get close to falling asleep at work. Like I legitimately have to take a five minute break in the middle of my shift to go chug a cup of shitty coffee or else I will pass the fuck out. I can sleep through grindcore.
