The real question is if they're all just different personalities of Snide or not

I wouldn’t say it’s Erase Me that’s the super popular one for casual fans, it’s TOCS. That’s where like... All of their “hits” besides Writing on the Walls comes from.

I'd be fine with a return to TOCS.

This was a classic for me back in high school/early university. This and TOCS, although I love the darker vibe this one had.

"For every one of us old fans clamoring for more DTGL-Disambiguation, there are another five that dig Erase Me."

I don't doubt this. The same thing happened with LP after they released MTM and BMTH once they got soft

Just bought this on vinyl with the reissue. It think its the best post-hardcore album ever.

Awesome man. You would be correct. Though this album is much more metalcore than They're Only Chasing Safety

I dunno about best post-hardcore album *ever* but it’s one of my favorites for sure.

"I'm in the same boat, sadly. For every one of us old fans clamoring for more DTGL-Disambiguation, there are another five that dig Erase Me."

Ya I don't think that's true. DTGL and TOCS still show up on spotify's popular releases before erase me. If erase me was as popular as you think most of the album wouldn't be sitting at 1-2 million listens 2 years after release. This ain't no BMTH scenario going on here.
