I think its their 2nd best, just the pacing is flawed round the middle. Some moments can get tiresome, but some moments show tool at their most mature and cinematic.

Agreed, The Pot and Right in Two are among their best tracks But when this record is bad, it's terrible. (most of Rosetta Stoned and Vigini Tres namely). Really one of the most inconsistent albums I know of.
