Brent just might be the best vocalist in the core scene right now. If not he's definitely on the short list. Dude is fucking incredible and his lyrics are top notch too.

Finally starting to hit. I'm "getting it" now. Wasn't an immediate hit for me like Stereo Grief but it really is growing on me like I'd hoped.

Yeah I still like Stereo Grief more. Not a knock against this, that EP is just insanely good.

Actually makes no sense. The hooks alone put Ms Spiritbox and Sleep Chokin' to shame.

They're gonna spend their careers being underappreciated and underseen. Fair to Midland all over again. Musicians that are just too talented for the current landscape.

I think that unless you are full popcore, you just cannot get that big. There are a lot of bands and concerts are becoming increasingly expensive.

I do enjoy it but it's not quite for me. When you talk about the evolution of metalcore, and how we're sort of in the spot of like post-hardcore/radio friendly styles, this is one of the best ones following that evolution that I've heard in a while. So this album is basically the perfect example of where I think metalcore is in 2026 while pushing it forward, and yeah a lot of great songs and moments.
