yeah couldnt get through this. im all for being all over the place and jumping around with pacing, but when its your only schtick it completely defeats the purpose. and their inability to create a solid groove is actually kind of impressive. the way they butcher the groove at 0:38 of full moon guidance is a great microcosm for the album. talk about a softball of a riff. alright im done im sorry

I find that as the most random choice out of any "groove butchering" this album has to offer lol... it's the intro riff and comes back as the refrain. If they stuck to that groove, we would be calling them out for being unable to progress a song I feel like
But I get that this album isn't for everyone lol, the band never has been. I've always thought they pulled off the "all over the place" feel very well, and this album is no different

And yeah this thing has a ton of momentum, they have a full tour coming up and I expect some venue upgrades. Gonna try to catch the Hartford show!
This coming out right after Sleep Token helps too, lot of coreheads getting their fill. Helps that the vibe behind the band is also 100x more relatable and fun
