Just bumped my rating again, this is definitely an AOTY contender for me. I'm pretty surprised by how much I love this, I tend to hold albums this long and full-scale concept albums at arms length.

I honestly can’t remember the last album that had the level of rich storytelling that this does. Definitely an album I recommend to ppl looking for that, and highly urge to read the lyrics along.

Think this is settling around high 4 territory for me, the thematic depth and ambition forgives the vast majority of the Soaring Heartfelt Indie Folk here but not quiiiiite all of it

I think they could have trimmed the album after the last part of JMJ - the last three tracks feel a bit tacked on.

ITT: people complaining about the lack of variety and then wanting to trim the two most varied songs here

what is up with this band's lack of social media presence , i want nothing more than to waste my hours bugging them about touring and getting a ballpark for this album's follow up
