The track titles have me VERY intrigued along with Adam apparently saying that this is gonna be their most cohesive record. Definitely seems like it's gonna be darker than Bodies in both subject matter and sound. Behind The Clock has a very cool sound to it. I don't wanna see any "Davey is just phoning in his vocals" nonsense if the rest of the album is like this. All the people that still haven't moved on after 25+ years are gonna have to find a new line to spout on their dumb facebook comments.

I am SOOOO happy to see a quick 2 month rollout and just 1 single so far given that with bodies, they took like 2 years and released 9 out of 13 songs ahead of the official release... literally my least favorite rollout of all time.

So I’ve finally gotten a chance to spin the new single. Love the sound diving even deeper into the 80s while still maintaining a strong AFI sound. Love the “dark” feeling this carries with it.
I have to admit, while I did love this, affliction auto played after the new track ended and it left me wanting more chaotic energy out the next singles/album. I realize that may be behind us though.

Twisted Tongues is such an unfortunate outlier. a whole album in that vein could've been insane.
and the band has called this their most cohesive so i'm assuming it will be indicative of what's left. song vibes and is VERY replayable but god, i wish the climax was a bit bigger/longer lived. Davey's high note sounds so fucking good in the last chorus

Caught is so much better than everything here, outstanding ballad.
revisited front to back for the first time in a while, it's a good listen but just so underwhelming. like god, No Eyes and Twisted Tongues were only steps away from being true hits
