I'm glad someone said it, this is easily James's worst album, not just performance wise but the vox effects and prod/mix is pretty awful too sadly. Ye, I think he sounds great on the selt-titled

Yea, this is really bad with vox, but I don't really mind for some reason tbh. Maybe it's because the songwriting is really good

I've no problems with the vox of LaBrie. He was an amazing vocalist. Of course that is nowdays isn't the same. But, in general, the album is ok to me. Not amazing, but still great, on my book.

Every DT album has at least one fucking banger on it .. for this one it's gotta be Untethered Angel.. absolute tune ... why does Ruddess have to use those stock sounding Casio church-ass keys though brooooo : (... take a cue from Gothenburg FFS ...
