That Damnation spot is totally something I could get behind though man! So underrated.

Damnation smokes this so hard it's not even funny. I find the riffs on this pretty boring but worst of all, the songwriting sucks. I can't remember anything about the songs 5 minutes after they are over. I just don't get the appeal of this. Dani sounds fantastic as ever and improved solos are nice though.

Actually: band in general rules. Only album I dislike is Darkly Darkly, the rest are at least a 3, even Manticore.

Yeah Darkly and Manticore weren't good. Thornography had a few great tunes (Libertina, Pentagram, Thorn, Cemetery) but those cleans vocals Dani tried fucking with were just awful. Byronic Man and Foetus are like some of the worst songs I've ever heard from any band, thank god he never did that again lol.
