"There’s not a single thing wrong with the production on this album"

There isn't wrong per say but there's nothing stand out about it. It's kinda thin.

So

I thought this had been very gradually growing off me since my obsession with it peaked when I was 13/14/15

But today's relisten proved to me otherwise

In fact this might be in my top 10 of all time

Such a nostalgic record for me and one that's loaded with fantastic tunes

I was a coheed fanboy, but I don't give them that many listens these days. this is still a fun jam every now and then, but damn I feel this would benefit from a thicker production. it really sounds pretty bad imo.

Having a friend hand me a burned copy of this and heading home to listen is a great musical memory for me. Yeah it's thin but I never thought the production warrants complaint when Second Stage exists.

An album with even shoddier production really doesn't do much to elevate the job done here.

I suggest instead of listening to this album use audio from Live at the Starland Ballroom and Neverender so you can have this album not sound thin.
