I think the reason why I dug this album was because it feels like it has an energy/ rawness behind it that "their previous two kinda lacked for me. Haven't really had an aggression like this since "La Gargola".

personally prefer Vena Sera slightly, but it and Sci-Fi are undoubtedly my top 2
That era from TTOT - Sci-Fi is on another level, I feel like the pre-TTOT stuff they were struggling to find a unique identity and everything since Hats Off they've either rehashed old ideas or gone for this new "just make it chuggy" approach and it ain't that good
