agree. Bored is my least fav on the album. I don't care for it much at all.

Bored is fantastic, some of the best lyrics on the album, and I love the laughing track. One of the most ironic tracks here.

Bored in the USA is amazing

I used to hate it, but I cannot help but love those brutally realistic lyrics

Now I've got a lifetime to consider all the ways

I've grown more disappointing to you

As my beauty warps and fades

The second album material is twice as good as the first album material live to an almost embarrassing degree.

Seeing him live you realise he needs to get another album under his belt soon, there are only three or four songs from the first album he can slip in there that can just about keep up with the new stuff

Well technically he does have like seven albums of J Tillman stuff he can draw from.

It's more that he has to keep the theatricality and showmanship vibe going and its obvious he thought about how he'd perform the new songs live at the songwriting stage.

The other problem he has is he might get bored of performing some of the songs on the new one the same way once he's moved on to touring a new album
