You need to give the Kharkanas series another try. I thought it was amazing. Its a little slower than the main series but theres a lot of good stuff in there.

I definitely will read it, I actually just bought Fall of Light a couple months ago, but it was very much not what I was in the mood for when I first tried the it and now I want to wait until there’s at least a solid release date for the third book before diving back in. I know Erikson’s working on it but it’s lower priority for the publisher since I understand the other Kharkanas books didn’t sell well. I’m curious how the numbers for The God Is Not Willing compare.

i'm waiting for kharkanas (and witness) to finish as well. erikson's writing speed has (understandably) slowed down and by the time either trilogy is done i won't remember what the heck happened if i started today. i've found myself doing that with every book series at this point. not tryna end up like grrm or rothfuss fans lol
