Because it's a fun album that riffs hard as fuck, just like all other CC albums. Doesn't have to be a "classic" to be an incredibly enjoyable album dude. These guys have been incredibly consistent for over 20 years.
This is their best album in a long time btw, even better than Kill.

The Hellenic Terror is heavier than anything CC have ever done, underground BDM will ALWAYS be heavier than commerical entry level DM, which CC are.
It takes more than gory lyrics to pass of as BDM.
Kronos use far more guttural vocals and heavy guitar work, CC are actually very soft.
