Just heard One Ocean. It's so un-Chevelle, I love it. Has a slight Thrice vibe.

Heard a few songs off this while I was at work this morning. Pretty tasty so far.

Thrice fan here, thought it sounded more like Muse. Oh what the hell, maybe it was one of the shitty songs off Beggars. I never cared for that album much.

Hobbes is right, Thrice is a classic band, but they left us with something we can grow with for however long they'll stay broken up.

According to Dustin, the likelihood of a reunion tour and possibly new music is high

Vheissu aged the best for me

I'd say the Aclhemy Index Volumes and Beggars aged best for me. Vheissu will always be the album that made so many people shit their musical pants, including me. Artist In the Ambulance will always be a cult classic (for the hardcore, yes the previous albums are cult classics too). Thrice left an amazing legacy and ended it right, with a swinging door that can be reopened, but doesn't need to be. I saw them for the final tour and Dustin said they would for sure be back in years to come. He said that in a touring sense though I think.

This is pretty mediocre, I'm surprised at the ratings. I liked Hunter Eats Hunter, that's about it.
None of the songs on this album stand out.

That's weird. Hunter Eats Hunter is a grower, but really the whole thing is a grower for me.

Maybe it'll grow on me too. I just really liked Chevelle's earlier stuff and this isn't really an
improvement or on the same level as that stuff.
After listening to this I immediately put on Wonder What's Next.
