Glass prison is probably the weakest track on the whole album, so overrated.

This album is fantastic. I slightly prefer disc one over disc two as it's much more consistent, but disc two definitely has some strong highlights.

Glass prison is one of their best songs with no embarassing moments, and disc 1>2

That heavy part in The Glass Prison that sounds like nu-metal or something is kinda embarrassing.

The Glass Prison is far from one of their best songs

Yeah it's pretty meh overall. The Great Debate is the best on this album.

Agreed. The Great Debate and Blind Faith always stuck out to me even though the whole album is pretty good.

I always dug that shift in the drum tone on Misunderstood as well.

Yes. I rarely hear people mention that song when they talk about best DT songs.

Misunderstood is brilliant except for the instrumental interludes, which are different, but feel out of place in the song

Don't like The Great Debate that much, Blind Faith and Misunderstood are my favourites, well at least from what I remember (haven't jammed this in ages).

The Great Debate is one of the best on here, despite the weird talking bits. Misunderstood is a great and underrated song by them, love the atmosphere and subtlety they pulled off that they never really use again lol. Blind Faith even more so, so much energy and fun without being stupid and cheesy. The Glass Prison is their best straightforward heavy song with some of their best drumming and great thrash riffs throughout, definitely top 10 of theirs and possibly top 5

Blind Faith is great, but the transition from verse to the chorus bugs me every time. The great debate is pretty underrated and despite the talkin bits going on for too long, it's a solid track overall.
But The Glass Prison is the best from disc 1. Love the intro and the first 4 minutes or so of that song, especially the bells

I think Blind Faith is a top 5 DT song. I think the song is the perfect length, and the atmosphere of the song is sublime. DT has always had awkward transitions in their music, though I do understand where you are coming from.
Disc 1 of Six Degrees is perhaps the greatest assortment of songs DT has ever produced IMO.

Blind Faith has one of their best instrumental/solo breaks. It just sounds so free and genuine, like the best moments of FII. The Glass Prison is definitely the best on here though, it's so crushing and proggy and incredible

I LOVE The Glass Prison, but I think it drags on a bit too long. I love the intro and especially the main riff though.
Misunderstood and The Great Debate are incredibly underrated, same with Disappear.
Fuck it, I love the first disc :P

You gotta love Rudess' piano break in the middle of Blind Faith and how the guitars just storm back in as if nothing happened. Great stuff
