Have to give a shout-out to the Fabio of rock and roll too, Mr. Sean Kinney. Easily one of the most underrated drummers.
He is crazy good on the Unplugged
|
| |
He's really amazing agreed! Honestly prefer him to Dave Grohl's work in Nirvana

Everyone sounds ace on that unplugged show, that bass tone is one of my favorite sounds I have ever heard. Those melodic parts on Over Now blow my mind every time.

God, Over Now.
What a heartbreaking song.
Ya Sludge Factory has grown a lot, my top 3 would probably be God Am > Over Now > Sludge Factory. Heaven Beside You is still amazing. This record is really a lot more consistent then it gets credit for.

a bit offtopic, but died is probably the most heartbreaking alice song for me and not necessarily because of the music itself
|

I haven't heard Died yet, I love Born Again

Good, glad to see you're enjoying AIC. What's your favourite song by them?
|
| |
Hm...a hard choice. Probably Rotten Apple, but runner ups from other AIC albums would be Angry Chair and God Am
|
| |
Make me listen to this
|
| |
lmao
Dude I'll listen eventually, just very exhausting.
|
| |
How so?
|
| |
It's not the lack of Layne's power and catchiness that makes it exhausting for me, it's the very long and dragging songs.
|
| |
Even some of the catchier ones just don't anything for me (Again)
