Satellite Anthem Icarus to Oscar See Through Red Eye is amazing, everything else just leaves me kinda bored.

@Shoteru nice dig

This is def the most relaxing Boards record and the easiest to just chill to, mostly bc it doesn't have that ever-so-slightly unsettling quality of their previous stuff

Agreed, it's nice to have one LP that's thoroughly chill, though I'd say In a Beautiful Place is their most tranquil release, and like this it's not eerie either.

Idk Kid For Today and the title track are pretty chilling to me

But then again that's what I love about their music, it's completely open to your interpretation

idk about top 5 but my top 3 are definitely Sunshine recorder, Julie & Candy, and 1969... maybe Aquarius and New Seeds would fill up the other spots, but there are many others that could as well

@Avangantamos, damn top 3 from Geogaddi and I don't have one from that album in my top five. Y'all need to listen to the Old Tunes tapes s'more, they have some of their most poignant (5.9.78), relaxing (Kiteracer 2), eerie (Statue of Liberty) , bubbly (Sequoia) and danceable (David Comes to Mahana'lm) material.

5. Dayvan Cowboy

Couldn't pick a top 5, but Let seems to have pretty similar tastes. Boqurant into 5.9.78 is glorious, and kid for today is by far my favourite off IABPOITC. Roygbiv will probably always remain number 1 though

" Boqurant into 5.9.78 is glorious"
It's amazing how that one chord immediately puts me in catatonic state
