@robro - no doubt stadium arcadium has many many issues but as far as frusciante guitar porn goes it's just
the best thing

i'm a big fan of grooves and jams and Arcadium is just the band making grooves and jams and it's perf

i really dig this album too; similar principle to Arcadium but Klinghoffer's style definitely marks a change and the pop cuts off this are way slicker

Not saying I dislike Stadium Arcadium I'd just take this over it

It has some top top top tunes, especially Animal Bar which is in my top 10

but tom you know how I am with Josh

I actually think Stadium Arcadium is a more consistent album than this one if you can sit through the whole 2+ hours. If I had to take Stadium Arcadium down to less than an hour long, I would probably go with these (59 minutes), but I actually have it 5'd as is:

1. "Dani California" (not that great but strong opener)
2. "Snow ((Hey Oh))"
3. "Stadium Arcadium"
4. "Torture Me"
5. "Wet Sand"
6. "Hey"
7. "Tell Me Baby"
8. "21st Century"
9. "Make You Feel Better"
10. "Animal Bar"
11. "Storm in a Teacup"
12. "Turn It Again"

Stadium Arcadium cannot be judged until it's been heard on decent speakers on Vinyl. That shit is a near musical religious experience. It's up there with BSSM

agreed, I loathe the production on that and Californication. thank god for russian uploaders and their 24-bit 96kHz audiophile vinyl rips.

Yep Nero, hence why I said "@ everything after 'but'".

I'm fine Futures, got a job as a history teacher. Teens can be tough to teach, but here goes.

Sweet man. Have been big on history since middle school. I started reading a book on medieval Spain some time ago, and have also been reading another one on US policy in Central America. Ofc I'm busy atm what with teaching and studying my MA, but I'll see if I can make time to finish the 2nd one at least.

A little underrated, I think with this new lineup I think this album was great for experimenting a bit

Indeed, but that's just because SA is a great album not because this one is bad.
