Everyone's forgetting that Thefakesoundofprogress is and will always be their best album. Five is a four letter word is such a choon, as is pretty much the whole album tbf.

"The quickly & cheaply recorded debut LP from Lostprophets is a scattershot affair that is occasionally fun, but does not come together as a cohesive whole. This is predominantly due to the experimentation & genre-mixing taking place, with the best (& occasionally distracting) comparison being Faith No More. The tracks that work best are those that take advantage of Lee Gaze's impressive guitar range & it is a testament to the band's potential that they pull some cuts off. However, with so much filler, this is more a curiosity piece for fans of the group's later work. Recommended Tracks: And She Told Me To Leave, Ode To Summer & The Fake Sound of Progress."

What a load of ****.

No, not at all. I can never get over the production on that album.

Plus, it needed more Van Persie.

How can you not like Shinobi, Five letter word or Kobrakai??? Plus I think you'd like it more now I've told you it's their best ;-).
