Ah don't let intro tracks bring your rating down.
If it were multiple minutes of nonsense, I would definitely be annoyed. In this case, I think it's tolerable and easily skipable.

it could have been shortened from 3 mins to about 30 secs at the beginning of a song. maybe i'll 5.........

I love the chilled out section in the third track as well. It has a massive 80s rock/prog vibe to it but it fits the song perfectly.

Yeah, they made an enormous facebook post denouncing it and answering fan questions. They're also using a new logo, but I've not seen it.
