My ranking shall piss off many a fan, however:

SEbtP
Fox
Nursery
Lamb

Need to revisit Trick, Tresspass and W&W though.

I like the Lamb, it's just:

I don't dig the experimental noises, they detract from the experience for me. Also, I feel the band had a more organic sound on their previous 3 albums. I'll get flamed and stoned for my blasphemy, but that's my honest opinion.

Fair enough, I can see where you're coming from. But the noises you're talking about last only a few minutes.

Exaggeration but yeah

The actual fantastic music in Lamb makes up for the noise (which is basically only in The Waiting Room anyway)

Also the second part of that piece is just sweet, Danny. And Rowan knows.

Selling England is a truly perfect prog record, this comes close, The Lamb has its moments of brilliance, and the only songs on Nursery Cryme that measure up to the other three albums are the long ones

but that's just my take on it

The Musical Box and Supper's Ready are their best songs though

Selling might prob my 4th fave 70's prog album. I still need to have one Rush album 5'd, which I haven't done.

@danny Why would you NEED to have a Rush album 5'd, if you want to that's fine but why on earth would you feel like you have to?

@YoYo I would agree but the first two minutes of it are so much better than the remaining nine
