Album Rating: 5.0
He only had the "TO BE A ROCK AND NOT TO ROOOOOOOLL" which he never did in such an epic way on a live show

Probably slightly prefer Plant as a vocalist even if he couldn't pull off the whole "AHHHHHHHH AHHHHH AHHHHHH" thing.
|
| |
Both are very talented obviously, but Gillan would win slightly for me.

| |
I give DP the edge over LZ in guitar solos, and probably in vocals.
While I prefer LZ in bass and drums, and even riffs, I prefer DP as a band overall.
Plus, MH, IR, FB, S/T and Burn beat most Zep for me.
|
| |
S/t and Burn beat most Zep?
|
| |
Burn definitely beats about half of Led Zep's discog.
|
| |
I wouldn't be so sure. I mean, I prefer Led Zep I, II, IV, and Graffiti over it.

IV and PG are the only ones that can fight with Deep Purple's discog
|
| |
I find the S/T highly underrated.
|
| |
I think it's rated correctly, I mean I just don't find it so great.
|
| |
To me, only DP that can compete with Zeppelin's greats is Made in Japan
|
| |
For me, the S/T, IR, MH, FB and Burn are DP's golden albums.
However, that's just my opinion.
All are 4.5s for me atm.
|
| |
MiJ beats most Zep too, if not all of it.
|
| |
Machine Head and In Rock are solid 5's for me.
Rest are 4.5's for me too, expect s/t.
|
| |
Made in Japan is way better than all of those, danny.
|
| |
Which danny are you reffering to, Jamie? xD
|
| |
Haha, I was referring to dannyboy
No Deep Purple studio album could ever come close to Made in Japan for me.
|
| |
Not even Machine Head?
|
| |
Agreed there ^^
|
| |
Definitely not Machine Head.
