Heard it for the first time in its entirety today, playing catch-up on some classics I've never jammed for some reason.
A 3.5 sounds like a good place to start for now. Great album, lots of potential for growth, will take some time to sink in.

Haven't checked her last three albums, but from those that I have jammed there isn't one that disappoints. At first, Hounds of Love was my favorite but The Kick Inside grew hard with time, so it's definitely my favorite right now. The Sensual World is also great.
