Probably a 4. Haven't listed to it in a long time though besides the most famous songs, which in this case happen to be the standouts from what I remember.

I really should spin this again as I love 70's Priest so much.

this is one of those albums where the best songs are the first, last and middle (middle being let us pray/call for the priest)

I don't think this album has any real weak songs, it just that the best songs (Sinner, D Aggressor, Let Us Prey) overshadow the rest.
