While I like this a lot better than most metal it's not a classic for me.
I think the main critic of it is it feels so mechanical.

I'd say this is very accurate. It feels almost void of any humanity, at times the only thing that seems to have any humanity to it
seems to be the high pitched airy vocals, which at times sound alien themselves.
Not to say this album inhuman all the way through. I really do like it, and often times it's quite beautiful. This Message Edited On 01.16.09
