Spotify in my area has the remaster, it's just not labelled as such and still lists the year as 2008, but you can tell from the cover and obviously from the tracklist and by ear.

For lead they didn't have it on their Spotify I think, so maybe only certain areas have it.

Yea a good chunk of the fans clearly just liked the band for the edge factor. Once they really got shit together on this album it’s easy to see the how interest from the western fanbase started waning
