One thing that I find that helps is finding other community sites to become a member of. That way that site takes up your time and attention and you'll forget about sputnik for awhile. Otherwise you won't get anywhere because forcing yourself to not go on something doesnt ever help.

Good on ya Jamdbz. I imagine at least a quarter of my comments are from the past year or so. Apparently I'm active for a while every 3 or 4 years then find something else to do with my life for a couple of years.
