Yea those's a couple albums I love a lot that no one really talks about anymore. Hype sometimes plays a factor in your enjoyment of something but it can't be COMPLETELY to blame. If you don't like something, you have mostly yourself to blame honestly.

Have you guys ever read/listened to Garm's lyrics on this or any other of his english lyrics? He is an incredible lyricist imo.

I need to pay more attention to his lyrics on the really weird/experimental stuff like Marriage and Blood Inside, they're probably crazy

Yeah you have to look the lyrics for this because Garm's sentence structure and run on just doesn't flow at all. The next word in a sentence might just be 30 seconds off the previous one

lol Choccy.

Garm's vocals on here are perfect and some of my favourite vocals ever.

Yeah i agree with that. Sometimes his vocals can sound a bit strange (looking at you 'February MMX') but here they are perfect

I think Garm's vocals are perfect here. This album is absolutely a classic in my mind.

He has a fucking range on him, that's for sure.

My voice just withers and dies whenever I try to hit those low notes.

I love his vocals on that song (and on the rest of Wars of the Roses).

His vocals are amazing on pretty much everything Ulver did from 2000 onwards. They ruled before that too but from Perdition City onwards they're just something else.

His Bm screams are pretty intense too. I'm glad he utilizes solely cleans now cause he really reveals a lot more versatility with his voice. Nowhere/Catatrophse is such an awesome performance of his.
