yeah dude missingno glitch rare candy and vitamins and TMs and master balls for days
there's also a smaller glitch that when you surf that east coast of cinnabar the only pokemon to appear will be the same group from the last grass you were in so you go chill in safari zone then fly directly to cinnabar and start surfing and you can catch scyther, chansey etc the regular way and they can't run away

you guys know the ditto glitch? get every pokemon without trading. you can also get two Mews before
you battle Misty with this glitch. Way better than the old man/missingo glitch, but not very well
known.

what's the ditto glitch? i know of the mew glitch that rules
and tommy yea i remember doing that too but when i was 7 nothing excited me more than having a level 254 Mewtwo (that would evolve into a Kangaskhan...) so I stuck with that one

haven't heard of that ditto one damn sounds super useful though
I don't really play em on gameboy anymore cos i get fed up with waiting for slow sequences and slow travelling so I just
use an emulator and boost the speed way up
also can cheat with gameshark codes to do whatever you please but that kinda takes the fun out of it

I reset my game when I found that and completed my pokedex. Felt so damn good. I also saved all my TMs until after I could duplicate them at Cinnabar. My version of Red rules so damn hard.

when I was 13 or 14 I had a perfect file too 151 pokedex all level 100 roided up killing machines and then I didn't play for a year or so and my data got corrupted and deleted it was devastating

Yah I actually downloaded the show a year ago I stopped for a bit I was like on season 10? Maybe 11 or 12 but there's 16 seasons now I believe
And the show is actually BETTER in terms of storytelling it's not just ash and friends run into team rocket and they beat them usually the 3 kids have their own story and team rocket is actually useful and do smart things and made them less the comedic route and more the threat which is what they needed to be but the show is better
