I'm having a mental breakdown? Last I checked, trying to get people to re-evaluate their standards on what is truly "terrible" doesn't sound like a mental breakdown. Like, it may be "bad" to you, but I'd much sooner put The 1975 into "terrible" than anything Underoath (sans Act of Depression) and I don't even hate them.

its not even about how they perceive me it's literally this histrionic reaction whenever it's brought up that's hilarious to me. truth is i couldn't care less how they feel about my opinion, it's just funny seeing the lengths they'll go to deny that there may be redeeming qualities that still put it above the likes of Etienne Sin, etc. like, i dunno, actually coherent song structures.

To be fair to venin, Erase Me does have a few awesome songs (In Motion, No Frame, On My Teeth etc). It’s just mediocre overall. Some pretty bad shit on it too. Ihateit is incredibly cringe.

I always SORT OF liked them, but never really loved them until I went back and gave them another shot. But i can see it being unnecessary in other situations, I just dont see the need to get worked up over the album itself.
