the point is the story of LA, or a kid growing up in LA, is the most overdone/played out shit you could possibly make a rap album about. I can't imagine who finds this album that brilliant other than people who have never been to LA or heard another rapper from there in their life. The Game already talked about all this shit, all kendrick did was hire a bunch of flashy producers and bring it trash pop artists like drake.



this is just a mainstream appropriation of what has already been done ad-nausea
