Yeah everything seems way too dressed up now-a-days, Tim and Eric Awesome Show and that Eric Andre guy tried to sort of bring it back, but Home Movies actually has some substance.
Wasn't the consular guy always fuzzy? Like his outline was always changing shape or something like that lol
Oh and that reminds me of the dotted-line smoke in Mission Hill, another fantastic show
