I have too many 5s for my liking too, but I just can't lose any of them because they're all that good! Life's hard!

I may have taken my 'preserving their greatness' thing too far, it's been at least a month I reckon.

This and My Arms are the best Opeth
Also Ghost Reveries

"This and My Arms are the best Opeth"
Coincidentally the two Opeth records I still have 5'd at the moment.
Very good, Lucca.

This and My Arms are the best Opeth [2]
Also Morningrise

Those three consecutive albums are the Opeth trifecta for me. Morningrise is the best of the harmonized leads era (vs. Orchid), MAYH is their most standout album in terms of a dark eerie death metal atmosphere, and Still Life is their best of the new prog era post MAYH. It's incredible that those albums came one after another, but it's really all I need in terms of golden era Opeth.

That's some good analysis D-Boy (although I would sub BWP with this, but they are similar), please continue.

I’m proud that so many fans have BWP so low tbh, despite it being their ‘classic’
