Pink Floyd's Pulse blinking light case was really expensive...some vinyls compilations are ridicule expensive...its a collectionist output. If you find expensive, don t buy it...they are on streaming services now. I agree they should provide an alternative case tho. I personally think its a waste to buy cd s nowadays...nontheless this kinda provides more content than "a cd" as you said...

but yeah, at least Tool should've offered a normal cd alternatively. or vinyl on release day. If the vinyl has delay because of production overflow then they could've delayed the release date. What are a few weeks when it has been 13 years already?
especially for a band that relies so heavily on atmosphere like Tool, I think it's important to offer physical releases for audiophile listening and not just streaming which is mostly mp3.
